In phase 1, I handled the initial planning and mid-fidelity prototype stages of the project in a team of two, while in phase 2, I focused on designing the final outcome individually.
Overview
LBRS e. V. is a unique sports community with over 1,300 members and instructors. As one of the largest disability and rehabilitation sports clubs in Leipzig, they offer preventative, rehabilitation, and competitive sports. The currently operating website's role is to provide an online platform for users to seek information about the organisation.
Challenge
"How can we help the customers in their user experience of the LBRS sport club website to be more easily accessible and navigable?"
Solution
Our approach is to reorganise the information offered on the current website in a way that is simple to use. This involves incorporating a number of new elements that will facilitate communication between the company and its clients.
A non-profit organisation in Rehabilitation sport centre is planning to improve their current website services into a better and functional service.
